These various roles, responsibilities, and challenges continuously steered me toward entrepreneurship. Eventually, I reached the point where I saw in it the perspective that drives me forward and brings me joy.

I deal with contract management, HR processes, financial administration, and controlling.

My goal is to ensure these areas operate transparently, accurately, and efficiently, supporting both daily decisions and the company’s long-term growth.

In my daily work, I design and improve business processes to help companies operate more efficiently.

I participate in the implementation, integration, and automation of systems, ensuring that operations remain stable and sustainable in the long term.[…]

In addition, I work on developing new digital solutions and products that make companies’ everyday life simpler.

Alongside my university studies, I support the team as a Business Support Coordinator. By coordinating administrative tasks, supporting the Managing Director and handling day-to-day back-office tasks, I help keep the company running smoothly.

As a Business Informatics student with a background as a systems and application operations technician, I work at DIGIT-NOW as a Junior IT Specialist, focusing on systems, processes and automation. My goal is to work on technology solutions that create real business value and make operations more efficient.
